The Rolex Cellini Moonphase watch embodies the timeless elegance of traditional timepieces in a contemporary spirit. The dial shows the changes in the moon phases. It is cast in 18ct Everose gold with a white lacquered dial and a blue enamel moon phase disc at 6 o'clock showing the full moon and the new moon. The full moon is symbolized by a round meteorite and the new moon is represented by a silver ring. According to the waxing and waning cycle of the moon, the moon phase is displayed under the mark at 12 o'clock on the moon phase disc. The Cellini Moonphase can also display the date on the outer ring of the dial by a central hand with a crescent at the end. This new watch is equipped with a self-winding mechanical movement developed by Rolex. Its patented moon phase component ensures astronomical accuracy for 122 years. This watch is equipped with a brown alligator leather strap and a folding crown buckle in 18ct Everose gold. This buckle is used for the first time in the Cellini series.
